CHALLENGE:
Amex has seen a decline in travel services since early 2013.
SOLUTION:
My challenge was to rethink and design the user interface of the American Express Travel app for iOS—to create a paramount experience for users through simplified steps by making it easier to book flights, hotels, and cars.
The app provides a very intuitive user flow and guarantees user satisfaction by providing the requested services within 10 minutes.
I led a team of two UI designers and one UX designer, ensuring that the design we delivered was meaningful and pixel-perfect. A light design system was built for this app based on the Amex brand guidelines.
I was directly involved in all steps, including wire framing, UX research, UI design, and prototyping.
